Went for lunch and dinner. Food is good. Staff mean well, but if there’s such a thing as too much service, this is it. They constantly fuss over you; moving your utensils away, water refills so aggressive, they nearly poured water in my sake. I wanted to scream to be left alone. Why people want to go to a self-cooking restaurant to be bombarded with service escapes me, but clearly, I’m the anomaly. Late lunch around 3pm was more enjoyable, but dinner was INSANELY loud. I get the draw for people to be “entertained” while they dine (numerous birthdays and raucous shows, music) but this was gimmicky and overboard.

Staff is friendly, food is decent, price is ok for department restaurant.

I was here about 3 weeks ago. I was greeted with great service and assisted with choosing items on the item. I am from America, and I wish I had a Haidilao in my state!

Very good service. Free ice cream. Taste so good. Recommended!!!

Super friendly staff. The noodles is a def must when going.
