Best Indian restaurant..,after a long time away from my home....,I found authentic south Indian style food here only. Service is very good. I went to many restaurants in Taichung, here only I felt satisfaction for my money.

The food itself was good. Not too oily, appropriately spiced. Like most restaurants in Taiwan, it's meant for family dining, rather than solo dining. It would be nice if they offered a meal set for single diners, so that I wouldn't have to eat like an entire bowl of nothing but aloo ghobi all to myself.
We enjoy Indian food so we often find Indian restaurants and this is truly the best one in Taichung! They have an extensive menu, wonderfully authentic food, and great service. The aroma of exotic Indian spices greet you at the door. The vibrant colors of the dishes served create an appetite excitement as soon as the dish arrives to the table. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. It is a fairly small restaurant so I would suggest a reservation. Our reservation was made easily the same day through Facebook messenger in English. The staff also speaks excellent English.nI highly recommend Sree India Palace.
