Giant Taichung flagship store

The people here are amazing. Best service and care of any bike shop I have ever been to. Ray and Show are incredible. We have purchased 3 carbon bikes so far and been completely satisfied with each one. The professional one on one care that you receive is very special. Thank you Gaint for building a great product and having such knowledgeable technicians.

It has a good selection of bikes and is arranged and decorated very well but does not have accessories which you expect.

Must visit if you are a fan of Giant bikes and accessories. A big showroom of many bike models, and even a dedicated area for bike customisation and tests. Unfortunately we came at a wrong time as many of the items were either sold out or not in size, so we left empty handed.

Bicycle Shop - Very dissapointing place. It claims to be the Flagship store of one of the biggest bicycle manufacturers in the world, but the store looks disorganized, the signs are not always complete, and it is difficult to understand the differences in performance between the various product lines.nIt doesn't care or consider the user experience - it is just a store with lots of products in one place.
