A group of us passed by around the island, and our companion just got a new tire. What happened after leaving the former boss and talking about it? Hey, it was okay before we rode over, but the boss didn't blame it for breaking it. He even said that it couldn't be repaired and couldn't repair it. Please SHIMANO ULTEGRA. Isn't it a special transmission? The companion wanted to give up the roundabout, but found another one and said that the transmission cable was loose. Damn! (There are swear words....)

The boss is the most uncultivated person I have ever met. He has a poor service attitude and attacks the figure of the guests. It is recommended to close the store, which is a shame in Yilan.

The owner has an unbearable personality. No matter what language he speaks, he has poor customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. Even before I took the bike out of the store, when I asked him to make a small adjustment to the bike, I noticed changes in his personality, body language, and intonation. He raised his voice and glanced at me. I found him very unfriendly and strange. A few days later, when I brought it back and told him the brakes weren't working, the stranger's behavior became stronger. He asked me to take home and basically let me ride a bicycle, which was basically a death trap and an accident waiting to happen. He refused to accept the brake failure, adding that it was normal in Taiwan, and no one had complained to him for 10 years that he worked at this store, and after seeing the comments here on Google, it was obviously a downright lie. You can decide where to buy your bike by yourself, but I think you can guess my advice is not to buy a bike from this store, because the people in the store are rude and wo n’t have anything to do with you after you buy a bike respect. The shopkeeper has a very unlikable personality. He has terrible customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, no matter which language he speaks. Even before I took the bike out of the shop I noticed his personality, body language and the tone of voice change when I asked him to make a small adjustment to the bike. He raised his voice and had a glare in his eyes which struck me as very unkind and weird. The strange man's behaviour only intensified when I took it back after a couple of days and told him that the brakes did not work whatsoever. He let take it home and basically let me ride on a bike which is basically a death trap and an accident waiting to happen. He refused to accept the claim that the brakes didn't work properly and added that it was normal in Taiwan and nobody else had complained to him in 10 years that he had worked in the shop which is obviously a complete and utter lie after reading the reviews here on Google. You can make your own decision on whe re to buy your bike but I think you can guess my advice would be not to buy a bike from this shop because the person in the shop is rude and will not treat you with any respect after you ’ve bought the bike.

The service is real, the boss's speech is cold but humorous!
