nice stay there, they have basement parking lot, the staff is so nice and friendly ( they give us Discount 😅 ), the food taste not so bad and not so good, our daughter loved the cereal ... we will back again when we visit hualien ❤️

Good locations. 4 minutes walk will reach Zhonghua Road, where a lot of shops and restaurants are there. Walk about 15 minutes will reach DongDaMen night market. I think is great walk after eating so much at night market. Reception Team are friendly, pleasant and help. Reservations Team also help to make arrangements for our rooms allocation, big shuttle bus car park lot (we booked 20 rooms through booking.com). Really appreciate they have sort out all arrangements for us smoothly. Reached our room, we were pleasantly surprised. It’s at reasonable size, very clean and neat. Using big bottle shampoo which we have no issue at all. Basically all that a traveler required are all there. Mattress is extremely comfortable, and pillows give good support to the neck. Group of us all are very happy about the rooms. Hotel provide free bicycle for their guests use. As long as provide your ID to Reception for registration, you will be able to use the bicycle free of charge. Which some of our group members make use of this benefits to have a morning bicycle to sea side to watch sun rise. The only vise is breakfast. Very limited choice. And basic item: egg, is not at the buffet counter. We asked the service staff they told us need to order from kitchen, and we need to wait for 20 minutes for 6 eggs. Furthermore kitchen team asked the poor service staff to let us know due to food safety issue, they only serve fully cooked pan-fried egg. We have no choice but to accept it. Another group of our friends arrived, they asked for the same thing, given the same answer but this time 10 eggs need to wait for 30 minutes. Another couple arrived again asked for eggs, this time they told them 4 eggs need to wait for 40 minutes! This is soooOoooo ridiculous. We were totally put off by this “egg issue”. Our overall thoughts? If hotel have good promotion again, we will just buy room with breakfast package. Hualien have many good places to have breakfast and willing to serve eggs at whatever ways we would love our eggs being cooked. I actually would give a 3 stars for this hotel, because of the breakfast experience, took away one stars. Many reviews has mentioned about their breakfast, hopefully they would make quick changes.

Room is clean and comfy. Breakfast is delicious. Great value for 3,000 TWD per night.

Listed as 4 stars. The facilities are 3 stars at best. The services are good though.

Overall clean. Nice breakfast selection. AC is loud. Doors not sound proof. Underground parking available. Friendly staff.
