We have replaced it for you once, and the second time I explained to you that the mattress is a soft product. It is not as hot as clothes. Flat, some indentations on the fabric are normal, it is impossible to be completely flat, just like the silk cotton pillow is normal after lying down. Do you even take a complaint even if the pillow has indentations? Mattresses also need to be purchased in accordance with personal needs. The problem of personal perception cannot be attributed to mattresses. The factory has always been customer-oriented, but we will still refuse unreasonable requests. If you are still not satisfied, welcome Recourse to the law, but if you continue to defame the reputation of the manufacturer in the public discussion area, the factory will also find normal legal channels to pursue goodwill!
