Feel the problem purely. Make an appointment to wash your hair at 12 o'clock and wait 30 minutes on site to ask how long you have to wait. Undesignated designers may certainly have to be guests, but there are still guests with hair dyes on their hands. It's very polite to wait 30 minutes. Do you still need to make an appointment? It can be said on the phone that it may be necessary to wait, so that it will not cause discomfort for those who wait and those who want to make money.
