staff should be proactive. if they could spare some time checking a person's nhi upon queueing, then at least check the last digit to confirm if it's correct. i thought it's the last digit of the nhi card, but it's actually the last digit of the arc number ud83dude44 sure, i also made a mistake but you could have spared me from waiting if you also verified the first time you checked my nhi card.
