Collar Fresh Beef Noodle is an old name. It is located on Guangxing Road, less than 50 meters away from ok convenience store. This area is called Qixing. Two or three years ago, the boss and the husband and wife were young and opened here. It was the first beef noodle shop in the country. The business was not very good at first. Maybe it is because Taiping District has n’t been restructured. . However, once in a while, a large earthquake in 1992 changed the operation of Lingxian Beef Noodles. The main reason was that two schools near Lingxian Beef Noodles came at the same time; one was called Guanglong Elementary School, and the other was Ciming High School. . The population of elementary and high schools has increased by over 6,000. In addition to the fresh beef noodles nearby, there is also a one-to-one buffet bento, and hand-cranked pearl milk tea. These three can be said to be seven-star popular shops. The collared beef noodles have a good taste and have the original taste. The meat noodles are solid. Besides the beef noodles, they also sell pork dumplings, which has established a good reputation here!
