In the afternoon when there are few people, I went to the consumer checkout. The clerk saw that the customers waiting to checkout were still going out from the counter to replenish the goods, and they chatted in and out of themselves. Several times... I had to remind the manager to help with the checkout. The movements are slow and loose enough, no matter how many shop assistants are in the counter, it's no wonder there are so many people, because the shop assistants are super slow!
