Located next to the Caixi Fossil Museum, it mainly investigates, researches, collects, displays and publishes natural resources in Tainan City. Education promotion activities related to nature conservation are often held.

At the moment, the first floor of the Natural History Education Center exhibits jade, the second floor introduces the bat spoke ecology, and the third floor is the aboriginal herbal medicine and living utensils exhibition. It is quite suitable for a morning intellectual journey with the fossil museum. Both museums are free to visit.
