I bought a pair of work shoes for 7XX yuan, but my feet started to hurt on the first day of work (blisters and rubbing). It was obviously a problem with the shoe design. The store manager insisted that I bought too small or too big a pair. Make it clear that you don’t want to help customers deal with the problem, and suggest that you stop selling poorly designed shoes
