I bought a prevention card about two days ago. The clerk obviously didn’t know how to pretend to understand.nHold my application form,nI found it suspicious. Asked her to call me if she had any questions afterwards. I went home and checked the SOP by myself, knowing that the printed application form was the genuine one.nShe didn't receive the call either. According to her, she tore it off. I wonder if it was a lie?nnIt took extra time to check the phone number afterwards.nnThe clerk seems to like people who think she knows everything, but instead makes customers belittle or increase trouble. no need
