Tiny shop, but you get to deal directly with the boss, who is friendly and helpful. I like the texture of pineapple pieces in the cake.

Others in Taipei city including those big names are so overrated . This is the ONE where you should buy your PINEAPPLE CAKES and other delicious sweets they offer in store.nnThe owner was friendly and gave me the opportunity to taste their pineapple cake and egg tarte. First reaction; different than others I have tasted before.nnLocation; its not located downtown but 10 min walks away from Songshan metro station.nnThe shop itself is not big and its assortment isnt wide but their taste is special.

Small patisserie selling indigenous pineapple cakes of various flavours and other desserts. I was there a year ago and there were only the master (Mr.Ke) and an apprentice. A friend of mine who had tasted dozens of brands of pineapple cakes claimed that she liked this one best. Try it especially if you are leaving from Songshan Airport.
