This branch is huge. Even stock rock climbing gear which is hard to find. But never go on a Sunday afternoon it was packed. If you do go used the self pay line much faster. Bonus points for taking Google Pay.

Love decathlon! Covers so many different sports and activities under one roof. They renovated recently to make it more of a trip.

This store is quite a bit better than the one in the Wan Hua district of Taipei. This store is clean, well lit, and merchandise are well organized. There are color coded floor markings showing directions to fitting rooms, cashiers, and restrooms, respectively.nnA staff member I spoke to was very helpful. He not only led me to the area of the merchandise I was looking for, but also volunteered to help me locate the merchandise by calling the Wan Hua district store as I had purchased the same thing at that store previously.nnOne time saving use of technology is the sensors that detect merchandise placed in a designated area in the self served checkout kiosk I used. It was like magic as the system figured out what I purchased in a few seconds.nnThis store could make it easier for customers to navigate, thus saving time and minimizing frustration, by 1) having overhead signs showing directions to various departments; and 2) creating shortcuts, like what Ikea has done in their mega stores, that enable customers to get to the department they need quickly.

The store is laid out really well, the prices are reasonable, the quality is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
