It is dark and hidden but inside is a wonderful old school karaoke club. Might be hard to find: I passed by a couple of times, asked all the neighboring shops yet no one knew where it was. Then I thought to myself, “KTV, basement, flashing lights, this has to be the place.” I descended the staircase into the basement and there it was before my eyes. I liked the mysterious and secretive location because it made the experience of finding it even more fun!nnOnce inside, I was struck with a 1970’s pub vibe. Think vintage Las Vegas airport lounge meets nursing home bingo night. The walls are lined with photos of Johnny Depp and the chairs and tables had to be 50 years old, just like Johnny.nnThe clientele,beside us, were serious KTV local veterans. They each had their own mic covers which clearly means they are seasoned KTV singers. They don't even need to review the song books because they have them memorized. They sang old chinese love ballads. Their stone cold faces lit up once they took the stage. Maybe they were reminiscing about youthful love.nnThis KTV is not rent your own room style. It’s old school style with a stage in front, singing in front of strangers with TV prompters. To choose a song you need to talk to the “DJ” (eyeroll). They have song books available if you want to browse. The backing tracks are lo-fi versions of the original hits. The songs they offer can best be described as “classic”. If you want some Post Malone or Billie Elish you will need to go elsewhere! It is $350NT per person and you can bring your own food and drinks. They provide nuts and crackers for snacks. Tea and water for your throat so you can belt out those classics.nnOverall, I had fun and for the price I recommend going here for a fun little night. Grab some snacks and drinks near by and enjoy a step back in time with your new local BFF’s!

The sound is good. The environment is quite good. But when the guests are singing. The conversation of the guests on the field is even louder than singing. Feeling is not good!
