Super old and dirty facilities. Some restrooms been remodeled, but no privacy. The classrooms and offices are very old. Unbelievable not been maintained. Staff parking available. Located just next to living communities. Walking distance to bus stations and MRT station.

There are great accredited courses being taught at the community college by qualified teachers for silver craft, drawing, language training, mobility, electronics, woodworking, etc. The enthusiasm of the teachers makes up for the typical moldy smell of the classrooms.
