Masseuses have good technique for foot massage; it is well priced in the touristic night market. We usually go there to have foot massage.

The place was decent and very themed in a way. The massage was okay and clean for being in the night market. Not my favorite place. It weird that they made us dry our own feet as that is not something most foot massage places do in Taiwan. I'm not sure it would be the place I would go to again when I go back to Taipei.
