The variety of food and pet products is unbeatable. Prices for good quality grain free canned food is a little expensive. They have a non-return policy for goods they consider as having been exposed to the pet saliva. I bought a pet bowl in the morning and did not return home, and went to change it in the evening but they did not allowed me to return it. Finally I asked to see the manager and she agreed to exchange it for a good of equal value. The experience was not very pleasant but at least the outcome was acceptable to me.

Friendly staff and lots of cats in the shop. The shop lets cat walk out of cages, which is good for their health and activities. The shop focuses on provide health care productsnin chronic diseases e.g. kidney and diabetes. Also, they sell big cage and dry food. Recently I found the shop has vets to do regular checkup for cats.

Good selection of pet supplies. Seems to be reasonably priced and helpful.
