The pets in cages looked unhappy, but well cared for. The clerks were grooming the pets and seemed to know what they were doing. Store smelled of birds and pets in general. I know this is a pet store, but the smell was overwhelming. No one spoke English or even tried to communicate with me while we were in the store. In fact, I wasn't greeted at all, even Chinese. Seems as if the staff was a bit unfriendly.
