2021/3/19晚上到店消費經驗很不愉快。 1. 一開始到櫃檯詢問是否能用折價券及學生優惠，櫃台人員回答只能擇一。後來我們又詢問是否能用公司特約，櫃台人員態度很差的回覆，全部優惠不管學生證、壽星、折價券或公司優惠只能擇一。我自覺我們態度良好，而且無遲到情形，不知道櫃台人員態度為何如此差勁。 2. 晚上火災警報響了2次。第一次警報響起，在場客人都出去查看，服務人員只說是在測試便把大家趕回去。隔幾分鐘又響了第2次，服務人員還是說在測試沒有問題。因為擔心是否真的是火災，我們詢問是否能提早離開，服務人員才說一開始是誤觸 (廚房煙霧造成)，而非測試。最後有補償30分鐘的唱歌時間，但我覺得在火災警報發生當下，應廣播告知顧客是否為測試，或是誤處警報。(先前有其他KTV火災而大家無法逃出的新聞，令人人心惶惶。) 3. 警察臨檢直接打開門進入，無服務人員告知。 4. 先前使用網路訂位，無服務人員來電確認，訂位紀錄無緣無故消失，再次打電話確認才完成訂位。 除了上述幾點，享溫馨設備不錯，包廂內附有4支麥克風，出餐會比較久也有先行告知。但是有不愉快的消費經驗，以後不會再去消費了，也提供給其他人參考。
