The food was great, not gonna lie. The service was also very wonderful. The problem is that the food takes too long, and it's not even worth it.nnThis restaurant offers a full course meal for two, which many might think sounds like a good idea.nnDon't be fooled by the pictures, it seems like a lot of food, but you actually have to share most of it between two people. Only the soup, salad, and noodles were individual.nnEven though the food tastes great, I don't think it's worth the price. I could go to many other restaurants and get the same great quality, more food at a more reasonable price.nnI came here because a friend recommended it, saying that even though it's a high priced restaurant, it's really worth it because you'll be full before you even finish eating. They said they came here s long time ago. I wonder what happened.nnThe music didn't seem very suitable for the place's ambiance either. They played music that was more suitable for a bar/pub/club.nnAlso, try not to be sat at the bar, it's hard to keep a conversation and it doesn't feel private because there's people all around you. It is also very hot, since you have the grill right in front of you. It was hard to talk over dinner, not really a good experience.nnConclusion:nI think if both people could get their own served plate instead of sharing, it would be completely fine. Otherwise, not worth it. Feels like I ordered food for one and shared it between two people (but paid the price of two)nnIf this problem were fixed, I would definitely come again because the food/service was pretty good. I understand it's a course meal, and most expensive restaurants prefer quality over quantity, but this is ridiculous. The ambiance, and quality of food provided definitely does not match the price.

Ordered ntd2880 set. Worth every dollar! Super impressive steak. Seafood are fresh and well-presented. Could be best choice if you want a proper meal in hualien.

Everything was perfect!! Very friendly, English speaking staff, delicious food, we even got complimentary cream of mushroom soup. The meat was perfectly grilled (medium). The portions are much bigger than in Taipei. When I’m back in Hualien I’ll definitely eat here again. 6/5 stars!
