Hotel Indigo Hsinchu

Super inefficient reception.. a simple check in could spend more than 15 mins for one customer, the line waiting for check in is ridiculously long! It deserves only one star for sure

I would give this “place” no stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. This place is probably the worst place you could stay at. From waiting in the lobby for more than 2 hours to be checked into our hotel room, to be served with a burger that was close to raw, to not even being able to take a shower without having to call room service to refill the body wash. If you want to book a room at a self serve place then Hotel Indigo is a great place for you.

Will recommend travelers to stay in Indigo Hsinchu science park in terms of location, service and facilities. The room space is comfortable and quiet, which enables you to have pleasant stay and high quality sleep!

The place is very comfortable, the decoration and furniture is nice, and the bar tenders are very kind and fun but it call my attention that children sit at the bar at late hours.

Sharing the experience for my two weeks stay. Firstly, the hotel staff is very courteous. They are quite helpful. The room was big and comfortable. Pros : large window, sofa near window to sit for hours, study lamp, big mouth kettle. Both 110V and 220V sockets. Cons: charging socket points are too few. No bathrobe. Suggestions: There should be an Indian chef to further diversify the food varities and menu should contain pin point ingredients of whats used to make the dish. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you are exploring options.
