The Guy in reception is good. But not good when entertaining walk in guest. No reception area. They take reservation without reservation fee but make sure that you will come to reservation time and date or else your reservation will not valid.

Rooms are clean and the spa shower and hot tub are really nice. The bed was very comfortable and the area had a decent number of good options around. I'll certainly stay again on my next visit to the area

The window can directly look at the resident balcony of a nearby building, and the window is only screened and cannot be covered. Guests who pay attention to personal privacy should avoid staying in Room 215. The other is that there are few TV channels and the remote control has poor touch.nnOverall, the accommodation experience is good, I will stay here next time I come to Xinzhuang, but I will ask to avoid Room 215.
