I already always liked FRANK Taipei & I might just like FRANK Taichung even more! The atmosphere is amazing, the bartenders are sweet, there was a live DJ even on a Monday, and the drinks were even better! Oh & their french fries (both TPE & Taichung) are some of the best in Taiwan!

Lovely view of Xitun, big outdoor space and lots of cool indoor seating, too. Looks like it probably gets crowded sometimes but on a slower night we had our pick of seats. Cocktails weren't cheap but they were very, very good! Didn't expect to find such a cool spot.
