clean room, wonderful location, good staff, reasonable price

We didn't get to stay here during our trip, but we made use of the washing machines and dryers here. The owners were helpful and friendly, assisting us with using the machines. It costs 50twd for a 3kg wash (30mins) and 10twd for washing powder. Another 50twd to dry 3kg of clothes (45mins). Happy to have clean and warm clothes!

Staff were friendly and shared with us information regarding Sun Moon Lake transportation. You can also purchase Sun Moon Lake day Pass from them at 300NTD which includes boat ride and cable car. The room is clean and small good for a day stay.

I'd like to give 3.5 stars because I believe this place is just a bit more than 3. The location is great, it is right across from the bike trail and in the middle of a shopping district with lots of good restaurants. Bike rental is easy and not super expensive. The hotel can also provide you with tickets to cross the lake and visit the Folk Village via cable car. Starbucks is a 5 minute walk and there are two 7-11 stores within a 5 minute walk or less. It appears as though each room is a bit different than each other. We had 4 rooms and two of our party changed rooms because they didn't like their bathroom layout. Cleanliness is just OK. Bathrooms are just OK. Only a few rooms have a decent view. The area is a bit noisy as it seems as if there is always construction going on. Breakfast is not bad. The three times we had breakfast there we were served a fried egg and a couple types of bacon. It also included some fruit, a pastry of some sort, and a variety of beverages both hot and cold. The owners were very kind and accommodating.
