Spring Art Hotel

Our stay was horrible. We reserved with parking. When we check in, the receptionist said parking was full and we will arrange it latter. After our dinner and city visit, we came back around 11.30 PM, the person in the front desk was irresponsible and asked us to find street parking. I need to search in the mid night, and finally found parking far away from the hotel (~2 KM). Morning story is another hell. The toilet in the room was blocked and not in the usable condition. We informed front desk and he asked us to wait. We waited .. waited for 2 hrs.. no one resolved. I went down and requested the person, as my son needs to use toilet. The gentleman in the front desk said please use common toilet. But that also under repair. Horrible!!!!. I never see the hotel that too 3star rated in my Taiwan life of 10 years. Don’t book this hotel.

The room was pretty decent. I found it quite tongue-in-cheek that while they stated in the room posting that it doesn't come with windows, they had a cute picture of a window overlooking a field. Although the room was small and compact, it was enough space for someone of my size, I'm tall for an Asian (I'm of a Pan-Asian mixed heritage) as well as my lanky 10 year old daughter.nnThe room boasts a water dispenser for your hot and cold water drinking needs so you never have to mess with a kettle, the bathroom has a shower that has such strong water pressure and heats up so fast I was tempted to ask how they managed it so I can do the same in my home.nnThe bed was clean, comfy and the pillows were soft enough to sink into yet firm enough not to give me a neck ache. It eased the pain of 3 consecutive flights in 23 hours.nnThe front desk staff were absolutely friendly and most accommodating although I'm not sure how well they would do in English. I spoke Mandarin with them so I can't say for sure.nnBreakfast was included and I have to say that the simple spread they offered satisfied my hunger much much more than many 5 star hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. I even did a Facebook live video showcasing how much I love that place and the breakfast.nnSpecial mention!!! Their breakfast warm soya milk is to die for!!! My Chinese side was so full of joy and gratitude after that breakfast and for the price I paid for the room, it's definitely one of the best deals I took advantage of in 2018. Glad I booked early!

3/6星期六住宿4人房1700元。 物超所值,煙味經過一年多沒中國客,樓梯.電梯.房間都聞不到菸味了uff0c早餐不錯,房間較舊,值得再訪。
