Staff are friendly and technical skills are fine but they lack service professionalism. E.g. Notifying my bike is complete but only tightening the wheels and installing the wheel caps after I arrive. They then give me the bike but forget to give back my key l, and then using oily hands to give the key back after I ask for the key.
