Many people in the store are too lazy to care about whether the customers want to do it or not. I was too lazy to use the membership to directly reject the counter... Every clerk is helping the guests to download the software of the collection. If you really need this service, you should have special personnel to do it? Not every clerk is doing the same thing, no one is checking out...
