Silken Hotel

Reasonably comfortable. I can find all the items needed in the room like razor. There is breakfast as well

This is the worse hotel I have ever experience and totally don't worth the money staying. Arrive at the hotel at around 1130hrs and was told can only check in at 1500hrs. Well we are fine if the room is still cleaning. Went for a lunch and return at 1430hrs and was told again that can only check in at 1500hrs. Wait at the lobby and my friend decided to try her luck to ask again at 1455hrs and the reception finally allow us to check in but if the room is available back then why can't they just let us check in earlier by 30 mins? Even when room is available they don't bother to call us.nnWent into the room and was totally disappointed with the size of the room. The room have slight cigarette smell too. The room size is pathetic compare to my previous experience to another hotel which cost around the same price. Customer service at this hotel is poor too as everything is about money and best part is when my friend request for an extra towel, the reception claim that the towel in the hotel had ran out. What a joke.

There are flies on the bread for breakfast, and there are fruit flies on the lettuce salad.

OK stay here. A lot of things were strange... strange smell, strange noises, strange bathroom, had to turn in my key every time I left the hotel, etc. The breakfast was great though. Really great breakfast. Hotel was clean as well. My room initially smelt a bit like the previous user was a smoker and the staff lent an air cleaner for an hour to clean the air. Very helpful!
