When front desk tells you that the AIR CONDITION is not working and you will be cold, I don't care how the room looks like. It is like hell. Extra blankets, sure, perhaps that is the bonus for paying $44/ night.
Small room for a quite expensive rate in addition to a disappointing breakfast.
It is definitely not a fancy hotel. However, if you like to save on hotel budget and use it to explore the destination, Green World Inn Linsen is the best option for you. My room was very clean, shower had great pressure and the location was very convenient. The hotel staff speak fluent Japanese. My family have already been repeating, but I will, too.
Nice location, average food but the receptionists they do not speak and understand english.
