Lousy service. Dont know who this guy Mr. Lan is? Works at frontdesk but sure sounds like the owner's grumpy mother-in-law? Why would anyone unload on his customer? : (
The boss is very talkative and will help guide the nearby facilities. The room is good. Remember to wear slippers.
