IMPERIAL HOTEL TAIPEI

Really nice, flexible employees. We were ina room near a pump on the roof and they put us in a nicer room. Daily housekeeping and very clean hotel. My Mandarin is close to non- existent but that wasn't a problem. They have an excellent breakfast buffet.

Worst hotel ever! I was undergoing quarantine there. 1. The food was really disgusting as if it has just been taken from the trash basket. Guests are served with rice 24/7 with no alternatives. I have been to many Asian countries and lived there but I've never seen such a bad service.

Great hotel in Zhongshan Dist. Taipei. They have kindness staff and excellent facilities. I do my quarantine program here, and it is so wonderful. They serve my vegetarian menu and the taste is good for foreign like me.

We stayed here for our vacation in Taipei. The room is renovated and spacious. There's a separate living room and bedroom. However, the room still has the problems of older buildings. The main problem is that we, on the 10th floor, could hear the upstairs guests walking and cars on the street. There was a very distinct humid smell (this was in November). The shower is hidden behind a door (which we thought was a closet). Also, our window faces a rooftop shack, so pretty much the same as not having a window. One thing that stood out was how polite the employees were. They bowed all the time. Overall, the place didn't wow me but it's good and I'd stay here again.

Kind staff, nice bathroom (though there is not much spots to dry clothes), clean room, good selection of TV channels.nnThe room looks antique, noise isolation is not great (you can hear footsteps and telephone calls from the room across you), the view you have depends on which room you have.nnQuarantine specific:nThe food varies. Sometimes it is great sometimes not. Sometimes they give a lot, sometimes not much. They do make sure guests's nutritions are filled by providing much (I would say a bit too much) juice boxes and fruits
