I have already stayed in this hotel for over 3 months due to the Covid Situation in my home country. The employees in this hotel are by far the nicest and helpful so far. Always trying to accommodate your wishes and help as best as they can. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. Though it could use some renovation in certain areas. Overall a really nice hotel with incredibly friendly service.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The hotel is centrally located with subway station and restaurants nearby. Hotel also provided excellent complimentary breakfast with great selection. Hotel staffs were very helpful and tried to accomodate with our requests. The room we stayed in was small, but nicely decorated and equipped with the essential office supply. Price was reasonable and will come back next time when I travel to Taipei..

Great location for a hotel. Near markets, food, underground and more. Very friendly staff. Rooms big. Would go back.

Decent location but had serval problems with my stay here:nn1- the a/c and heating doesn’t work properly. You’re either too hot or too cold almost all the time.nn2- the rooms are a little dated especially the carpetsnn3- the gym should have some matts at a minimum.nn4- the staff seems more interested in you going away then solving the problem you have but maybe this is because I speak English and this hotel is better for Chinese and Japanese speaking tourists.

hardware is nice. but hot water is not hot enough. and air conditioning is not cold enough.
