Hsinchu (Windy City) Pizza is the best pizza in Taiwan. No…really! The prices are most reasonable and the owners are affable and provide free delivery with a nominal purchase. So what did the Dalai Lama say when he walked into Windy City Pizza? “Make me one with everything.”

Tried the classic deep dish and was great, not as big as I hoped for the price. The chicken wings were tiny, very dry and flavorless, quite expensive for what you get, so would not order again. Great pizzas and very friendly service.
No other words than GREATEST of all the time. Love veggie tikka masala pizza
