Terrible customer service, bought a brand new security camera and it broke out of the box and was practically kicked out of the store when I was explaining the situation. According to their company policy they do not deal with ANY post purchase related services. You will have to travel to a different location 30 min to a different part of town to get your things fixed. The overall experience was that they just wanted me out of the store so other customers won’t have to hear my issues as they continue to market their products.
