The good things first: is selection and price. But the rest is terrible. Where to start? 1) Forcing you to go through the entire store, 3 floors just to get one item is a huge frustration and waste of time. 2) the food is poor taste. 3) the food stand on the first floor has no seating! 4) they wanted to charge me for water! 5) customer service is terrible. Saturday we found a cabinet we wanted but didn't have a car. I tried to order it online and pay for shipping but you can't do that it seems, can't even open an account. I'm and IT guy so I'm quite familiar with computer systems. So we borrowed a friend's car to go back and purchase. After the normal mouse maze I finally found the furniture pickup section. But the numbers on the product didn't match the shelving system. Found someone to help find it. No inventory. Ok. Then I told the guy I'll buy it and they send it to my house for free. Nope! Talked to shipping about it. Nope! Talked to customer service. Nope! 6) to add insult to injury, they forced me to pay for parking! I had intended to spend $3000+ but couldn't because of THEIR problem. Now they make me pay for parking! Thanks. But I don't plan to go back.nIF you go, I hope you don't have the same experience.

The store itself is convenient and one of the best places to get furniture. They have a huge selection and a variety of styles. All of the furniture us comfortable, practical, and fashionable. I really appreciate the work of the staff, and overall I had a great experience. Not many places for hiding unconscious agents though.

Your typical IKEA with a Taiwanese style.nTheir lunch area is always packed full with people and the menu changes, giving you a reason to eat here. Even their self-service Ice cream machine changes flavors. I do recommend going early as this location is always packed.

Breakfast is really affordable here. The place is clean . Will give a Five star rating if not for the temperature of the food. The food is a bit too cold ( luckily they have a microwave to reheat the food) and the scramble eggs too well cook.

You can spend a day hunting through stuff here, they have everything that you need to set up a house. Cheap, diy furniture, furnishing, and much more! They also have a food court where you can have meals while you take a break from shopping..... visit here once ...........
