What a cool library! There's several floors full of books, desks, seating, high windows and views. You'll find plenty of students studying and it's fun to explore every floor. There's a roof top where you can look at the city 360 degrees around you and watch the sunset.

Ah-mazing. Definitely the best library ice been to. Lots of events (like blind date with a book!), each table has a theme (very interesting as well), and the set up, atmosphere is simply amazing.

Amazing reading atmosphere, free use water dispenser, restaurant, cafe with reading lounge in the library, beautiful rooftop garden and building architecture. Will be back again either strictly for the library and as a good rest stop.

Amazing library good for studying or working, plenty of seats/desks to use and massive collection of material -- you need a mask to enter currently, pharmacy across the street may have them or 711 but will often say they don't to foreigner -- this is usually because they don't know foreigners can use passports in replacement of taiwanese ID to get masks (limit 2 per week) during this rationing time.nnGuards are smart and won't be fooled by hand-made masks or t-shirt masks, must be surgical or N-95.
