The first time I have been there, the building almost done. The view is great and creative. A ideal place for reading , listening music or a space for single.

After opening at 9 o’clock on holidays, there are not many people in the library. There are more picture books in the collection. There is only a collection of books on the first floor, and a self-study area on the first floor.
