The first time I have been there, the building almost done. The view is great and creative. A ideal place for reading , listening music or a space for single.

The municipal library next to my home is very convenient for reading and self-study. There is a theme book fair every month to serve the citizens.

There is only a collection of books on the first floor, and a self-study area on the first floor. Not much space, collections are a little bit small, not many seats, not many parking spaces downstairs
