Poor service attitude. The room was not cleaned up attentively. The water heater was so bad that it was cold and hot. The water dispenser had sand. The air conditioner could not be adjusted. The equipment was too bad to speak. The smell of smoke was heavy. The wardrobe was broken and I kicked it in.
