Online shopping for shoes in the middle of 2020/December (use of shopping money), the first time I informed that the stock was out of stock, and asked me to cancel the order, but it is still on sale online. The delivery time is January 18, 2021. Please contact customer service and call It was said that it could be shipped before 1/21, but it was not received by 1/27 and there was no notice at all. I took the initiative to call line to inquire and did not respond positively.. I deceived consumers again! The service attitude is very bad.
