The checkout speed of the clerk was extremely slow. They lined up for checkout ten minutes in advance. There were only three people in line, but they were so slow that they could not finish three guests in ten minutes. The first guest had a problem with mobile payment, which was not handled well and did not ask for it. The meaning of helping the next guest to check out first is to keep everyone waiting. The second one wants to buy coffee, but he waits until all the bills are cooked before checking out the third guest. I am the fourth one because I can’t catch the train soon. Had to give up. Obviously there is a shortage of manpower.
