Louisa Coffee 路易．莎咖啡(台中中國醫店)

I rarely review anything, but I had to review this place.nnThe coffee is good, just like other Louisa locations (I've been to many), but the manager here is very, very unfriendly and simply rude. It made the whole experience very uncomfortable. I've never experienced such poor service in Taiwan, despite my super friendly attitude toward her.nnAlso, the second floor was sweltering hot. Despite this, the manager refused to turn on the air conditioner, even though it was full of people. The heat index is over a hundred degrees outside, yet she couldn't care less. The employees all seem really sad, which makes sense if you had her as the boss.nnApparently, the quality of each Louisa is different. Avoid this one. Read the other reviews and you'll see that I'm not the only one who was dissatisfied.

The coffee is nice. But PLEASE ask your staff to wash their hands. On Saturday I watched one of the male staff sneeze on the coffee machine, then on the floor, then twice on his hands. He then picked up a jug and carries on making coffee. Disgusting. Please improve! This never used to happen before.

Coffee is very good. Better than 85 C, and a lot cheaper than Starbucks.
