Just now, I arrived at the store at 7:40pm on 12/28. A customer in front was not getting the parcel smoothly. The clerk, Mr. Wu, was talking endlessly. He didn't notice that there were 6-7 customers in the back, all looking at each other. There were so many customers, only one. Unprofessional clerk, not even basic polite, just talk, please pay more attention to the store or adjust the video

The intern lady at the store was very poor. When picking up the goods, she made a mistake on the phone and didn’t help to deal with it at all. She said that there was no information at all. Until another lady at the store showed up, within 30 seconds, she found the item to be picked up. The lady returned a pair. So...then...the expression of death is very uncomfortable.
