My Shoes

Ordered a pair of shoes with the store clerk on 8/20, agreed to pick up the goods before 9/7, and called on 9/3 to ask if the goods were available, and answered that they would arrive on 9/5, but the result still did not arrive. Poor consumer experience

Very disappointing shopping experience. I need to wear it when I travel, so I book shoes and ask if I can get the shoes within 10 days?
