Arashi Braised Minced Pork

The pork tasted nice, but the price (NTD 65) was too high. When it comes to service, we didn’t feel comfortable being forced to move from the table in the corner with AC to the table at the entrance without AC. We requested to move back since there was no other customer by then, but they insisted that we have no choice. In sum, this place is overrated in all aspects.

Food was delicious though is small to mid sized. There is a queue since there is limited seating.

Super good dry egg noodles with bean sprouts and minced braised pork mixture on top, and also the rice with braided pork and meatballs was delicious!! Super fast service but only thing is I wish serving sizes were a big bigger for how much you pay for. But it's delicious and I definitely recommend to explore second market in Taichung if you're visiting ~

Food was great, a bit difficult to find amongst the hundred plus shops in the covered market. The price was reasonable and the service were very friendly. The mince had a hint of southern Taiwanese as it was sweeter than normal Taichung style mince.

Their meat sauce meatball rice was excellent whereas the meat sauce sliced pork rice was just good. The meat sauce and the meat balls really stood out.nnThis was the best meat sauce associated rice I had all morning, in hindsight. The next two stops in Taichung Second Market were complete disasters, which goes to show not everyone can competently make a meat sauce rice.
