I spent more than 30,000 NTD and the service is more than terrible.nn1. Most these reviews are fake and written by employees or the same person with multiple accounts.nn2. They do not speak English (like they say they do) and they are very terrible at communicating, even in Chinese.nn3. They have wasted so much of my time. I have spent over 15 hours between driving to the store and sitting inside the store talking with the staff because of their errors in the design processnn4. This is not a 100% bespoke suit. You can't customize every detail you want.. If you are looking to spend over 15,000 NTD save yourself the pain and go to a nicer store.nn5. They messed up on my order by spelling my name wrong and they also messed up the stitching color on my suit. Though they are remaking it, they did not offer me any discount for the time they wasted.nn6. The salesmen are pushy and will try to up sale you outside of your budgetnn7. They don't deliver your suit on time. Be careful about buying if you have a important date because the delivery may be late.
