I came here twice because of the application materials, and these two times let me experience the public agencies, two kinds of typical public officials who are very different! The first time to apply for information at the noon time on the third floor, the short hair lady at the counter was very cold and passive, and would not remind you whether to apply for more copies of the information or ask you to sign something. It will not specifically explain what it is. There is only one sentence: Sign here. It's about 9 a week in the morning, and come to your public institution again. The contractor is also a girl with short hair glasses, but the attitude is much worse than that of last week! This lady kindly asked you what you want to do, how much information you need, and clearly explain the purpose of your signature. I think this attitude is a model! It’s clear and clear. The point is to feel happy. The hostess at noon should learn more...

The service here is really much worse than the neighbourhood office. The lady at the counter is ashamed, completely expressionless, and indifferent. Afterwards, because there was still something unclear, she went to the help desk to inquire. The lady at the help desk would only use the official language that she only understood, saying what we did not understand, and questioning her again revealed her impatience With a frown, interrupted us with a frown, and spoke Martian again ... Every time I went to Qigong, I saw a bunch of old buttocks chatting in twos and threes, and it was awkward to go to work. The telephone consultation has been transferred at least four or five times. The same question has to be repeated until the corner of the mouth is knotted. The window does not clarify which unit to transfer to, and it is just a random turn. The mentality is that "it is not my business anyway." Don't bother me, I am chatting." Can't see the value of serving the people for a little bit, and do the money to do good things.
