Customers must take the initiative to ask about next steps and solutions when dealing with problems. The experience is poor I parked in the parking lot to have a meal at the Aloft WXYZ bar. Please formulate effective handling procedures and communication methods. Please do not regard this as "the first time this is the case" or "the parking lot is outsourced" Facing customers in other ways, destroying the original wonderful dinner experience at WXYZ bar.
