Angels' Hostel Taipei Ximen

Location wise... it's great! Very near the station and with great accommodation to boot for it's price.

A budget friendly hostel for the travellers and you can alson meet and chat with other guests as well. The back of their building has a tiangge place so it's good to roam around the vicinity of the place. The only not so good thing about it is the comfort room is outside their place so you need to get out and have your card keys ready to go to their washroom.

The rooms are small, but it's a hostel, so it's to be expected. There's a safe in every bed, space for you to hang your clothes, many electric outlets (2 USB and 2 classic), and some space under the hangers. You can put your suitcases above your bed. But it's in a great location, with many shops, restaurants and bars around. Public transport is close as well. The showers are clean and there's a lot of them, you can use the washing machine for 30 TWD, coffee costs 15 TWD. Shampoo, shower gel and conditioner are free for everyone. They have classic toilets, not squat toilets. The staff is very helpful and polite and they speak solid English, which is very nice.

Good enough for the price because its at the heart of the city but must improve the room lighting
